βJulianna took at least 20 minutes with me walking around the store to find stuff for my nephew. We found some really fun stuff that I couldn't have found in my own. I'm so grateful for her help.β

βThe lady in the green pointy ? hat needs a raise. She remembered me from a week ago, is super friendly to kids, has great energy and helped my daughter find something (the last toy) in a return box. Personal touch keeps people coming back.β

βLove this store good employees that work here their friendly, outgoing n good customer service here..Good deals, good prices, and the expensive brand names for less... Same stuff as Ross Department n some stuff is less than Ross ....β
βThis place is awesome it's a great place to stock up on Mexican goods, their pastries are evil, you can't get out the door without buying 10 or 15 and I sometimes make a special specific trip there just to buy their barilla rolls.β
βHot lobby and no seating while you wait for the staff to check on your parts request. Stairs so no wheelchair accessibility. Mostly online. Huge selection of appliance parts. Used to be much better, but since COVID yeah not so much.β
βSave-A-Lot let me tell you you can't go wrong not no way not know how. The prices are exceptionally Fair. The food the vegetables ?? ?? ?? are incredibly fresh and they have a variety of meats. Give it a try you won't be disappointed let me tell you.β
βHave a vriety of products.. but as we already know nothing is 1$ now its about twenty five cents higher and most of products are about dollar fifty and five dollars. Still worth it to get a lot of products at decent price. Staff here is attentive and knowledgable. Would definetely recommend this place for any products from party supplies to greeting cards to small quantity household products.β
βI'm not usually on the side of town but I stopped in for a few things. The place is nice and clean. There was one lady in there she had the best humor and was so helpful. She definitely went above and beyond what you see in most Dollar trees.. I believe she said her name was Cassi. I hope management takes care of her the way she takes care of the customers. βNeeded another check out lane. There was only 1 lane open and cashier was trying to answer questions/work with/help a woman who spoke minimal English; patron had 1.5 baskets of items. LOTS of items.β
βThis Dollar Tree is always well stocked, very clean and the employees are nice to the customers. It's not one of the really big ones, but I love coming here and there's a Goodwill right next door.β
βOK, I normally wouldnβt rate a dollar tree. However, I was just in the store when a scary situation happened. A couple tried to steal a bunch of stuff which has happens a lot with retailβ¦worked in retail for a long time and this is normal. However, they tried to solicit an older woman to give them a ride, and it was obviously quite nefarious. The manager of this store is a complete badass. She held her own in a very professional way. Immediately called the cops while escorting the older woman to her car. I was really impressed by how she handled this. 5 stars because retail ainβt easy, especially when customers are threatening and inappropriate. Good job, mama.β
βSuper friendly staff! They're in the middle of moving stuff around after the holidays and didn't quite have what I needed, however they explained the store was really geared towards inexpensive gifts for kids. I was after kitchen utensils and things kids don't care about. ?β
βThere are fruits and vegetables look really good, pretty impressed with that store has inside of it, for a small Market they got a lot of stuff, I left there with limes garlic apples and tamales and it only cost $11, not a bad dealβ

βHave alot of good deals here and the workers are super cool there is a very friendly vibe in this store its nice to not have to feel like you are a bother to them when asking for assistance lately in this world people throw attitude when asked to do their job that is absolutely not the situation here had a great shopping experience and will go the extra 5 miles out of the way for the customer service ?β

βThere is a slanderous review of this store accusing the manager of stealing Pokemon cards for himself instead of selling them to the public. After speaking with him myself, this is not the case. He was extremely kind and genuine in explaining that the cards never even arrived at the store and were most likely stolen in transit. He is innocent and I will absolutely continue shopping at this store because of him.β

βThis Dollar Tree is my favorite off the top of my head that I can think of. My husband says βyou love the Dollar Treeβ LOL so needless to say, I frequent a lot of them in my surrounding area. The last time I went in which was a couple of days ago, I scored Kokie & Nicole Miller nail polish. They also had small/mini/seasoning glass mason jars which Iβve been on the hunt for months for! They are well stocked on everything every time I go in which is probably once every 1.5/2 mos. As someone else recently stated, their staff is always professional, engaging & polite aka it doesnβt feel like the twilight zone every time Iβm there with side conversations & actually being greeted. I just appreciate seeing people dedicated to their work & well stocked DTβs sooo kudos to this location & the managers running the store who are hiring friendly, professional sales associates.β

I was so glad to find a Family Dollar still open here in Colorado, since most locations seem to be permanently closed. Iβm originally from Arkansas, where Family Dollar was always my go-to for household needs when I didnβt feel like dealing with Walmart β so finding this store was a welcome surprise.
As soon as I walked in, I headed straight to the Home aisle and noticed their display of houseplants. I quickly realized most of them were artificial, but honestly, several looked really good β especially for the price. I recently moved into a new townhome full of windows and beautiful Colorado sunlight ?, but at 54 years old, Iβm just not sure Iβm ready to keep real plants alive ?. So I decided to start with a few fake ones β low stress, no watering!
Right away, I reached for one, and because they were plastic, several of them were tangled together. One fell and broke. ? I picked it up, brought it to the front counter, and explained what happened β and offered to pay for it. The cashier thanked me for my honesty and said most people wouldβve just put it back on the shelf and walked away. That moment stood out to me β their staff really appreciated kindness and accountability.
There was only one employee working that I saw, but he was amazing β so helpful, polite, and very careful while bagging my items. He even used the towels I bought to wrap other things in the sacks. I didnβt have any bags with me, because I had just emptied out my entire SUV β and in Colorado, plastic bags are banned statewide, so youβve got to bring your own. Lesson learned! ?
One downside was that I wasnβt allowed to take the buggy out to my car, which made unloading difficult β it took me five separate trips to get everything out. Still, the store was clean, the experience was smooth, and I found everything I needed (plus some surprises I didnβt know I needed β like artificial plants!).
Iβll definitely be back!β
βI was in this evening and had a hard time finding a few items but both Seth and Amanda had absolutely exceptional customer service skills and we're so kind to point me in the right direction and to make sure I got everything I needed this Dollar tree has above par customer service and should be seen as such! I would strongly recommend this location to anybody!β

βI really love this store and appreciate the workers. I usually donβt come to stores super late but as I was in and out, I saw and heard people getting upset with an employee who was simply addressing the time they close. Thatβs all. Iβve worked in customer service for years and understand how frustrating it can be when customers give workers a hard time at closing. They have lives and wanna get home. Maybe they have kids they want to go home to. Maybe they have to come right back in the morning and want to get some sleep. You never know so I just wanted to leave a good review because retail workers deal with a lot and I know id want someone to have my back.β
