My Mom got a virus on her phone from a download causing the settings tab to disappear along with threatening messages. She had tried to call customer service first for help and was dismissed and given the run around. We decided to go into the River Point store and had the good luck of Ryan working on this day!Without judgement or hesitation he knew exactly what the issue was and just fixed it for her in less than 15 minutes!
