They were happy to take measurements to confirm the specs, knowing full well I'd be taking the vehicle back to the other shop for a warranty on their work. Even gave me advice on my suspension tuning while I was there.

“The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and great at communicating what was happening and how long the wait would be. The two men working on my car were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and they let me know that there was something that needed to be fixed that I hadn’t planned on having done. They also informed me that it was something that was a pretty big deal and that I could go somewhere else or I could wait, but then it would be worse for my car and that it wasn’t just them trying to get money out of me and the fact alone that they even would say something like that made me realize that they really meant what they were saying, but just to be sure I called my boyfriend before giving them an answer because he is a mechanic and he said they were definitely telling the truth and that if they didn’t fix what they needed to in my car, it could’ve been a disaster!!! So needless to say these employees helped me avoid a complete mess and something that would’ve ended up costing me way more in the long run so I would say that they are very open and honest and trustworthy and they’re not gonna try and upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don’t need if they tell you that you need something done…i would believe them because it could just save your car !! Anyhow, this will be the only place that I go to for oil changes from here on out?”
“Kevin has taken care of our vehicles for approximately 14 years now. Fourteen! Years! That is four different vehicles. That should say something about his integrity and professionalism. Kevin understands that a car repair is more than just a service. He knows that your vehicle is a 2000+ lb projectile hurling down the highway at 60 miles an hour or more. This man is THE definition of INTEGRITY and HONESTY.
Beyond that Kevin is the most truthful mechanic we’ve ever had. The first time we went to Kevin he turned down the opportunity to do transmission work for over $2500. Instead, he sent us to Phil Long Ford where we were able to get a transmission under warranty, which turned out to be incredible fortunate because that 2005 Ford Freestyle (Loved that crossover passionately and I still mourn it) went through three additional transmissions. He saved us over $10,000 because he did the right thing when no one with a mechanic’s knowledge was watching. We didn’t know better, but he did.
We drive and ride with confidence because we know our current van is safe for not only ourselves, but for others on the road, or sidewalks.”

“Dropped my car off Monday with a brake line leak, the techs were able to troubleshoot it down before they closed and called me telling me what parts were needed. they sourced them from Stevenson Lexus and were told 3-5 business days, but it came much sooner and installed them before business close on Wednesday. I thank this amazing team for their work and communication with me throughout the process.”

“TLDR: own a Japanese car in Denver? Take it here for service. Excellent work, high attention to detail, excellent customer service, fast turnaround. Costs less than going to the dealer while blowing them away in the service you get.
I took my Acura TL-S here and they did my timing belt, serpentine belt, tensioner, crank/cam seals, water pump, EVAP purge valve, MTF, brake fluid flush, and PS fluid flush all as requested.
I had what seemed like a small oil leak, and they quickly diagnosed that the oil pump was leaking pretty badly, and got those seals replaced for me.
They also helped diagnose issues with my suspension as I knew something was wrong but I wasn't sure what. All 4 strut assemblies and sway bars were in bad shape, as was one of the control arms. They got all of that replaced as well.
I got a quote for a lot of this work when I took it to an Acura dealer for a pre-purchase inspection, and Pro Import was ~25% lower in cost, while having far better service and quality of work than any dealer I've taken a car too. They also sent pictures of all the issues and fixes they did, which I really appreciate.
To top it all off, even with a job that large, they were done within a week.
I will certainly be returning for any work that my Japanese cars need, and I would highly recommend this shop to any other JP car enthusiasts.”

“This is a 100% honest review. These guys are amazing. I trust them more than any other place I have taken my vehicle. I brought in my car once because a headlight was out. When I told the guy he asked me to pop the hood really quick and he tinkered around for 30 seconds and the headlight was fixed. It didn’t need to be replaced at all. He also said it was no charge. These guys are awesome and I have been going there for years.”

A relative brought her car to them with a cracked oil pan, and they saved her $1000! We were awed.
I first brought my car to them to get my cabin air filters replaced. They got them done quickly, did a great job, and their price was very reasonable.
I returned to replace my driver's side sun visor. They got the part in within three hours, then installed it the very next day for a low price.
More recently, they fixed my faulty tire pressure sensor and broken window control, as well as changing my oil and checking my brakes. Their price was hundreds less than the estimate, and their work was as excellent as always.

“About 6 months ago, I had them do a break job on my Toyota Tacoma. After picking up the vehicle, my brakes were making a horrible noise. I took my truck into Toyota to have the issue checked. Eagle had used after market brake pads, which is not unusual; however, in this case, did not go well. I gave Eagle another chance to fix the situation, and they made it right.
I just had my truck in at Eagle again for an oil change this time. I picked the truck up after the oil change and now it has been leaking oil on my driveway ever since. I am taking it back into them to find and fix the issue. We shall see. Truck did not leak any fluid before taking it into them.”
