Although there are coupons available online, the change from $85 to $120 is significant. However, the staff is very friendly and respectful to their customers!”

The guys who work here are always nice, honest, timely and patient. “I was with a place that fixed my cars for 30years. They sold the shop and I was not comfortable with the new owner. I would drive by Bill’s on my way home from work and I decided to give them a try. The first impression when I walked in was this is a family owned repair shop. I felt like I had be there for years. Very friendly and knew exactly what I was taking about when telling them what was going on with my car. They fixed my car and text me and asked how it was doing. “These men were so kind and wonderful to me. They truly did a wonderful job and a wonderful thing! I was truly in distress (8-10-23) after another Grease Monkey did not inform me of a problem. I went in for a simple oil change. I was told by the Grease Monkey (Wadsworth & Mississippi) I needed a new battery. Since mine was under warranty at Auto Zone. I proceeded there and got one installed. The man who installed it told me the battery cables were shot and definitely needed replaced. I then proceed to King Soopers across from Auto Zone (Wadsworth & Jewell). I had my mom with me who is 94yrs old and has dementia. We went to leave, my car is dead. Luckily the man from Auto Zone drove to KS and got my car running again. I then proceeded to to your store.It was about ready to close but when they saw I was in tears they brought my car in, put in brand new battery cables and cleaned everywhere there was battery acid from the corrosion on the old cables. They never charged me a dime. The other Grease Monkey topped off all my fluids and checked the battery but never told me about how bad the cables were. This Grease Monkey said how disappointed they were in the other one and that is not the way it should be operated and apologized to me for the other one which they shouldn't have to do. These men were the best and have earned my business. A bright spot on an otherwise nightmarish day for my mom and I. I can't say enough good things about them. You have a great store, great and caring employees.Service: Battery”
