“Had a really great experience at Pro Import Denver. Ron was my service advisor, and he was awesome to work with. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I also really appreciated how fair and upfront he was about the pricing.
Overall, the whole experience was smooth and easy, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me out instead of just trying to charge me for things I didn’t need. Definitely recommend Pro Import Denver, and a big thank you to Ron for making the experience such a good one!”

“The folks and service at Pro Auto Care live up to their name—they are professionals! I’ve taken both my vehicles to them over the last few years for repairs (both are older cars that require ongoing maintenance) and have always had great experiences. The staff at Pro Auto are easy to communicate with, clearly explain what is needed and what happened (and make sure I know what’s the number one priority/must repair and what I can wait a bit on). They do quality work, are honest and never pushy, and are very thorough. Most recently I’ve worked with Tara. Her expertise, communication, follow-ups, and all around customer service are excellent. 11/10 for her and the entire staff!”

“They do great work and their peace of mind inspection is a good deal for those of us with high-mileage older vehicles. I’d give them 5 stars if they offered shuttle service in a wider area and/or stayed open a bit later. Was a challenge to find non-working friends to transport me when I dropped off and picked up my car. Scheduling was also tough - I was without my car for 5 days because I left it on a Friday and they don’t work weekends. But I have confidence in the quality of their work.”
“I have consistently had a great experience at Grease Monkey. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. They complete my oil changes quickly and provide excellent customer service. I also appreciate the extra services they offer, such as checking and servicing the tires, which adds value to each visit. I have had multiple services performed there, and the quality of work has always been excellent. The only downside is that the price seems to increase each time I come in for an oil change. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the service.”

“We were recommended this shop by Toyexus, which is where we take our Toyota. We brought our 98 Jeep here, for an oil change and brake light, and we thought we might also need a brake job, fluid flush, and other things done. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t need as much work as we originally thought, and impressed with how honest they are. They probably could have said that we needed a bunch of stuff and we would have done it, but they didn’t. These guys are super honest, reasonably priced and do great work. I’d highly recommend the shop.”

“I had a stressful Saturday morning when I tried to fill the air in my tire at a gas station, but the broken valve on the machine actually caused my tire to go flat. I was already running late to my kid’s game and had my baby in the car with me, so I was pretty panicked.
Thankfully, I was able to make it to Grease Monkey, where the guys immediately helped me and refilled the air in all four of my tires, completely free of charge. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding, and they got me back on the road quickly.

“We had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube on N Tower Ct in Denver, especially working with Aaron and his team.
The oil change itself went smoothly, even though our vehicle had a unique issue with the dipstick tube. On top of that, our headlights had been extremely cloudy for a long time...it was so bad that our nighttime visibility was limited, even after a previous professional cleaning elsewhere.
The team offered to restore the headlights during our visit, and although they were very difficult to clean, Aaron went above and beyond to get the job done right. When the initial pass didn’t fully meet his standards, he took extra time, grabbed extra materials from a nearby auto parts store, and continued working until the headlights were crystal clear.
By the end, our car looked so much better, and now our headlights can shine properly at night. It’s rare to receive this level of care and attention to quality. Seriously huge thanks to Aaron and the team for outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!”
