“TLDR: own a Japanese car in Denver? Take it here for service. Excellent work, high attention to detail, excellent customer service, fast turnaround. Costs less than going to the dealer while blowing them away in the service you get.
I took my Acura TL-S here and they did my timing belt, serpentine belt, tensioner, crank/cam seals, water pump, EVAP purge valve, MTF, brake fluid flush, and PS fluid flush all as requested.
I had what seemed like a small oil leak, and they quickly diagnosed that the oil pump was leaking pretty badly, and got those seals replaced for me.
They also helped diagnose issues with my suspension as I knew something was wrong but I wasn't sure what. All 4 strut assemblies and sway bars were in bad shape, as was one of the control arms. They got all of that replaced as well.
I got a quote for a lot of this work when I took it to an Acura dealer for a pre-purchase inspection, and Pro Import was ~25% lower in cost, while having far better service and quality of work than any dealer I've taken a car too. They also sent pictures of all the issues and fixes they did, which I really appreciate.
To top it all off, even with a job that large, they were done within a week.
I will certainly be returning for any work that my Japanese cars need, and I would highly recommend this shop to any other JP car enthusiasts.”

“Kevin has taken care of our vehicles for approximately 14 years now. Fourteen! Years! That is four different vehicles. That should say something about his integrity and professionalism. Kevin understands that a car repair is more than just a service. He knows that your vehicle is a 2000+ lb projectile hurling down the highway at 60 miles an hour or more. This man is THE definition of INTEGRITY and HONESTY.
Beyond that Kevin is the most truthful mechanic we’ve ever had. The first time we went to Kevin he turned down the opportunity to do transmission work for over $2500. Instead, he sent us to Phil Long Ford where we were able to get a transmission under warranty, which turned out to be incredible fortunate because that 2005 Ford Freestyle (Loved that crossover passionately and I still mourn it) went through three additional transmissions. He saved us over $10,000 because he did the right thing when no one with a mechanic’s knowledge was watching. We didn’t know better, but he did.
We drive and ride with confidence because we know our current van is safe for not only ourselves, but for others on the road, or sidewalks.”

“Before I could even walk into the building, I was immediately greeted by a polite employee who kindly directed me exactly where to go for my oil change. There were three bays open, with one available, so I pulled right up. Within a minute, a friendly young technician approached me, asked what service I needed, and promptly got started processing my vehicle.
We reviewed the different oil options along with a few recommended services my vehicle may need. I appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure — everything was presented professionally and matter-of-factly. When I politely declined a few recommendations, my decision was respected without hesitation.
What really stood out to me was that the technician even consulted with a senior tech to ensure I received the best quality oil based on my personal request, even though it differed from the computer’s recommendation. Ironically, the oil I requested was actually more expensive than my usual option, so I appreciated their honesty and willingness to prioritize quality over upselling.
Afterward, I was escorted to a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned waiting room. I was told the service would take about 15–30 minutes, so I grabbed a soda and returned about 25 minutes later to find my car already parked out front and ready to go, with the cashier waiting for me.
In all my years of owning vehicles and getting oil changes, I genuinely do not think I’ve ever had such a speedy, polite, thoughtful, and professional experience outside of a Mercedes dealership. This Jiffy Lube location has absolutely earned my business going forward, and I’ll definitely be returning for those recommended services in the future.
Lastly, while demographics are not what matter most, I did appreciate seeing both men and women working together in the shop. It’s very different from what I grew up seeing, and it was refreshing to witness such professionalism and teamwork. It made me proud to see how much our nation continues to progress.”

“We had an excellent experience at the Jiffy Lube on N Tower Ct in Denver, especially working with Aaron and his team.
The oil change itself went smoothly, even though our vehicle had a unique issue with the dipstick tube. On top of that, our headlights had been extremely cloudy for a long time...it was so bad that our nighttime visibility was limited, even after a previous professional cleaning elsewhere.
The team offered to restore the headlights during our visit, and although they were very difficult to clean, Aaron went above and beyond to get the job done right. When the initial pass didn’t fully meet his standards, he took extra time, grabbed extra materials from a nearby auto parts store, and continued working until the headlights were crystal clear.
By the end, our car looked so much better, and now our headlights can shine properly at night. It’s rare to receive this level of care and attention to quality. Seriously huge thanks to Aaron and the team for outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!”
“Brian was amazing and helped me through an issue with my headlights. It turned out he found the knobs were twisted to a strange setting making it default to my brights being on or only my low beams. I felt very foolish for not noticing this but Brian was so kind about it and talked me through the easy fix. He did this without charge and also gave my car a nice power wash where she was building up some grime. 11/10 service- these guys are truly here to support the community and that was much appreciated.”

“At my last oil change a different Jiffy Lube than this store they forgot to put in the air filter that I purchased. I drove 5000 miles with no air filter in my car. Fortunately, this Jiffy Lube discovered the error however during the confusion I almost drove away again with no air filter in my car.
Check to make sure they do the work they say they’re going to do and you’ll be fine.
The previous Jiffy Lube we forgot to put my air filter in the first place is located in Kansas City. I’m trying now to get a refund for the air filter. They never put in my car but charged me for.”
