“Took my pup, Cleopatra, here for the first time to use their self dog wash, today. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The tubs are spacious, clean, and easy for dogs to get in and out of. They provide everything you need, and the dryer has a twist intensity nob, so you can set the speed to what level your dog prefers, versus just a one speed on/off switch. Also, the price on treats and merchandise is competitive, and lower than I have seen at some of the upscale chain pet stores. Me and Cleo will be going back.”

“My wife and I have been going to Luke's for years now, both in their current location and when they were across the street. The store is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for your pets. There is also a dog wash you can use. Luke's has a generous rewards program for repeat customers, and the folks that work at Luke's are always very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about everything in the store. It is also fun to see them support the neighborhood in the South Broadway Halloween Parade.”
“Savannah is my pet sitter and I cannot say enough great things about her. She truly has a heart for pets. She not only did all the normal things of cleaning my cat's litter and playing with him, but she also recharged his toys, found his toys for him when he would kick them under the furniture, cleaned his bowl after giving him his gel supplement so the residue would not stick, combed him and just loved on him. The pictures and videos show her true love and show my cat's true love for her. This is the second time Savannah has watched my kitty cat and there will certainly be many more times in the future. I highly recommend Savannah! Thank you for caring!”

“I can’t say enough great things about Sherlock Hound! My dog is extremely picky and has refused to eat kibble for years. I’ve been trying to transition him from canned food to dry food with no success, and I was honestly running out of ideas.
The owner was absolutely amazing. She even locked the door for a few minutes so my dog could safely roam around the store while she spoiled him with treats and helped us find food he might actually like. You can tell she genuinely cares about dogs and takes the time to get to know each one.
To my surprise, the dry food she sent us home with has been a huge success. For the first time ever, my dog is actually excited to eat kibble! I couldn’t believe it.
The level of care, knowledge, and personal attention we received was incredible. Sherlock Hound has earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend it to anyone, especially those with picky dogs.”

It’s very organized and the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They have in-house made pup treats and birthday goodies that look very good. They even have several products that I was previously only able to find online. I’ll now stop into this neighborhood gem to restock. Highly recommend!”

“I adopted Amelia (formerly Salem) from Cat Care Society, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience.
Shortly after bringing her home, I ran into a few unexpected health issues. As a first-time cat mom, I was honestly scared and overwhelmed by the findings and how sick she was. But CCS immediately followed up with me and walked me through every bump in the road with so much care and support. I never felt alone in it. CCS truly cares about their cats before and after adoption.

“I was lucky enough to adopt two sweet dumbo baby boys from the Rattery, and they have brought so much joy to my life! I'm new to rats, and the owner, Jax, was really helpful with recommendations for cages, toys, and other supplies, and remains available for any help I need. It's clear Jax really cares about all their rats and is selective with breeding. The adoption process was smooth, and I got photo and video updates before adoption day so I could see them growing up. My boys are so tame and well bred. If if ever need to add to my mischief, I will definitely get back on the waitlist with the Rattery!”

“This is the only place that I will buy food for my pets from now on. Most of the food that's on the market is full of additives and preservatives. These products led to one of my pets developing inflammatory bowel disease. as soon as I switched To foods that did not have additives, my pets felt better and their health returned.
