“I come here about once a month or every other month to wash my dog but stop in for treats as well. The staff here is always fantastic but every time I wash my dog Izzy goes above and beyond. Her sweet personality and smile light up the whole store. She answers all my questions and always shrugs off the horrible mess I leave behind. Tonight I was being stupid and not watching the time. Her and Jean didn’t have the heart to tell me to leave. They were so kind acting like it was no big deal that I was keeping them from going home. I would never take my dog anywhere else to groom him! Thank you Izzy and Jean for being so generous ❤”
“In May of 2024, I moved into a house in Thornton. I had a Hale door at my previous house and that has one of the first things I wanted done in this house.
I looked on the Internet and first company I saw saud they installed Hale doggie doors. I determined the size and made arrangements for install.
Everything seemed appropriate and I paid the $1500.
About a year later, two metal glass fell off and the door started to warp a little bit. I was surprised as my previous Hale door never had a problem in thev12 years that I had it.
I called Hale Door in Littleton. I gave them information and they said that they would call me back.
I heard back the next day. I discovered that the Hale door that I was told was a knock off/fake. The real Hale Door Company was going to replace my doggy door totally free of charges, including service call and new install.
I am so impressed with this business and company. If you are uncertain what kind of doggy door, please let me persuade you to get a Hale Doggy Door. They are the very best ever!!
I got a large door, being assured that my little 3 pound puppies could work it as well as my very large grandpuppies.”
“I took my 16 week old Goldendoodle, Samson in for his first cut, and Caitlin M. was his groomer. I have to admit at first I was skeptical about taking him here, but upon meeting Caitlin, I quickly changed how I was feeling. She was super nice, knowledgable, and very professional which gave me a sense of ease and confidence in her skills. Samson turned out exactly how I wanted him to, even with him giving her a little trouble. I would definitely recommend going to her. 10/10!”

“Huxley has been coming to day camp here for years and has always been treated very well!! The front desk ladies (and Trey) always greet us with a smile and excitement… obviously it’s for Huxley but feels good to know your pet is loved just as much here as he is at home with me. He started off coming here as a puppy, continues to go in as a 5 year old baby and will continue coming in. We love love love the staff here. I know Huxley loves Irina so hopefully she never leaves. We moved away for 2 years and just recently got back to the front range and it’s almost as if no time has passed. He still remembers everyone and it’s just the cutest thing that everyone remembers him and got so excited to see him back on day camp days!! Thank you guys so so much for taking care of Hux. As far as dog training with Heather. Ive signed both my dogs up for about every class they offer because Heather is an absolutely outstanding dog trainer. She is very friendly easy to work with and has more knowledge and time training than most any other trainer you could find!”

“Savannah is my pet sitter and I cannot say enough great things about her. She truly has a heart for pets. She not only did all the normal things of cleaning my cat's litter and playing with him, but she also recharged his toys, found his toys for him when he would kick them under the furniture, cleaned his bowl after giving him his gel supplement so the residue would not stick, combed him and just loved on him. The pictures and videos show her true love and show my cat's true love for her. This is the second time Savannah has watched my kitty cat and there will certainly be many more times in the future. I highly recommend Savannah! Thank you for caring!”
