“Distinctive Pet Care is absolutely stellar. Terri S is stellar. Can't say enough about her. She took care of my three cats to have a past recently and she took such good care of them. One was very sick all the time the other one just needed love my third one I still have right now and I had to leave him after my cats passed and I was worried she was able to carry him around and baby him and I have never been able to do that. He followed her around and chatted her app all the time! She is like a cat whisperer. I can't say enough about her. She's wonderful. I hope she sticks around she's patient. “I haven't had a dog that doesn't have dietary restrictions and Chuck and Dons has helped us so much. Their help fixed my dogs systemic ear infection problem with suggesting a grain free dog food. One time I was walking up to their door right when they turned the open sign off so I turned around, but the young man working asked if I needed anything, so I ran inside and grabbed what I needed. He definitely didn't need to do that since they were technically closed. Everyone that works here has always been incredibly nice and knowledgeable!”

“Merriah is amazing with dogs of all sizes and breeds. She is so patient, caring and has a calming nature. Our dog hates getting groomed especially when it comes to the hair dryer. Merriah covers her ears so it's not so loud and hurts and goes slow so it's doesn't get too hot. With other groomers she would come home and pout, give us the cold shoulder and find something stinky to roll in asap. She smells good but it's not over powering and perfumed.”
