“Rick Schlittler is a kind and patient man, who made us feel like he was there to do whatever it took to solve our specific problem. Because we didn’t have the locking lug nut key, Rick went above and beyond in an attempt to help us change the tire. When it became clear that wasn’t possible, he came up with a very good solution. Even then, there was an additional complication, and we essentially turned him into our own personal valet. Rick is a gentleman.”
“About 6 months ago, I had them do a break job on my Toyota Tacoma. After picking up the vehicle, my brakes were making a horrible noise. I took my truck into Toyota to have the issue checked. Eagle had used after market brake pads, which is not unusual; however, in this case, did not go well. I gave Eagle another chance to fix the situation, and they made it right.
I just had my truck in at Eagle again for an oil change this time. I picked the truck up after the oil change and now it has been leaking oil on my driveway ever since. I am taking it back into them to find and fix the issue. We shall see. Truck did not leak any fluid before taking it into them.”

“Ive been coming here for the past few years now. It started when I went in for flat tire issues and was surprised that they fixed my flats for free instead of upselling me new ones. I knew this would be id come when id need a mechanic. This past time was more serious of routine maintenance and at first I didnt feel like my car was feeling great but Matthias checked with me and he sensed my hesitation and insisted I bring it back so that I wouldn't feel unsure. Well sure enough they fixed my problem on another visit and didnt charge extra. Im grateful that they follow up with you and send you reminders. They take photos of the problem alongside the cost of parts and labor so that you are well informed before any work is started. “Jeff and Devin at EAS have proven to be HONEST and responsible. After a repair job on a transmission seal, my van continued to have a leak. I authorized additional work that could have cost thousands. As they again disassembled the axle seal, they determind their tech had failed to reassemble the original job correctly. They easily could have proceeded with the unnecessary repair but instead HONESTLY admitted the techs error and completed the original job correctly AND reimbursed me 100% for the original repair costs.
