“Owning a cabin outside of Westcliffe, and all the maintenance that goes with it, I hardly consider it a trip to Westcliffe if I don't make a visit to Valley Ace. They don't have everything, and the remoteness warrants higher prices, but their willingness to help customers simply cannot be found at other hardware stores. In the event they do not have what I'm looking for, I know that I will leave with a recommended alternative and save me an hour drive to the next closest hardware store.”
