“We are renovating a 40 unit townhome community in Silverthorne CO and we have a 5 person design committee that worked hard to make recommendations on new siding colors and design, but we couldn't quite come to consensus to make a recommendation to our Board. We were fortunate to be directed to Kate Wyeth in Contractor Sales at Builders First Source in Silverthorne. She not only listened to each and every one of our different points of view but she was able to fine tune the gist of what we wanted and needed. Her breadth of knowledge, design sense and ability to relate to all members of our committee while coming up with the perfect solution was amazing. We had spent 5 weeks on this project without being able to all agree. Kate stepped in and in one hour we were able to make a final recommendation that checked everyone's boxes. The board loved it. Yesterday's meeting with all of the 40 owners went great. We also loved her commitment to the Summit County area. Thanks, Kate.”
