“Well, it started off with a first for me, but ownership and staff responded nicely and came to resolution. Went through the soft touch automatic, and after about 5 minutes, it stopped, and we were stuck inside with both doors closed. I called the number, and the call was promptly answered. He tried to resolve it remotely but could not. He called one of his workers, who showed up in 10 minutes to release us. He refunded our money, paid for the high dollar wash through the toughness, and then gave us a coupon for another free wash. They reported they had been having power issues with the city. Everyone has problems from time to time, and it's how you respond and react to those problems. These guys were a class act, and I appreciate their response.”
