Flo from the paint department was very helpful and courteous to our needs when an issue came up. The issue was not in her department but she went out of her way to help us out. She also was attentive and loved our dog and provided a treat for him.

We purchased a water heater from them last week and told them we needed an installation with it. They told us they would install the water heater and this morning when delivering the water heater they just left it outside in the back yard and drove off. Very disappointed with Lowe’s, very unprofessional.
