“Mitchell needs a promotion! Walked in and was greeted by Mitchell, asked him for a deal on a dryer and pointed me to a new unit and then said , you know what we have this dryer here with a dent. Told him perfect let's get it. He helped me with securing the purchase, loading into car the next day and made the whole process seamless.
Would like to show light on a great employee that is surrounded by people that dont know what their doing.
So frustrating in summit county asking for help from employees that either dont know what you are talking about or cant even understand what you are saying.
Years ago I came in for a Christmas tree stand and the employee came back with a plunger. 🤦♂”
