“Outstanding customer service. !! Matt helped me with a telephone enquiry about a wine cooler I had seen on their website. Matt was there the next day when we went for pickup, he went above and beyond to find study cardboard, helped to cover & wrap our purchase and load it onto our truck. Our experience with Appliance factory, Silverthorne, was amazing. Kind, helpful caring professional staff. Don’t hesitate to visit this store.”

“I wasn't pleased with the dishwasher models available in their inventory to replace my existing machine. So I contacted Appliance Factory Mattress Kingdom. They had the brand/model dishwasher that I wanted and could deliver in the timeframe I needed. The delivery team was very professional and did a great job with the installation. THANK YOU to Zach and Frank for their great customer service.”
