“Hello I just want to say great job especially the lady Isabel? I think that was her name? but she was very sweet and helpful you need more people like her great job keep up the work.”
“When I walked in here, the entire store was 50% off. I found a stunning t-shirt which was my size, and was able to use the little bit left I had on a gift card. The lady who checked me out was also EXTREMELY friendly and helpful.”
“My daughter loves this Zumiez! The music was awesome and all the employees there have been extremely helpful and kind :) we can't wait to come back and do some new school shopping!”
“The young lady that was working at about 3 today was the nicest salesperson of any of the outlet stores we visited. She was pleasant and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name. But thank you for being so nice and helping me with my purchases.”

“The customer service at this location is above and beyond! I had an online order shipped to the store for an upcoming trip so went to pick it up - only to find out, UPS never delivered it. The staff were SO helpful - from Cindy on the floor helping me pull items I ordered, giving advice (when asked) on sizing and fit for me - to Nate and Cherry the store managers who called Customer Service for me to help process the refund and reorder for the items that didn't arrive. Their customer service turned a disappointing and somewhat stressful experience into a great one!”
