Came in a few months back to get a new Pixel 8 and trade-in my Pixel 4a 5G. My trade-in didn't match the phone that was listed on my account, which was a 4XL. I brought this up to the customer service rep helping me in-store and he assured me that it didn't matter and I could trade it in, since they both had the same trade-in value. I sent the phone back and a month later it was rejected. Since I live in Denver I've been unable to return to Silverthorne and air my grievances toward this store. I've been in the xfinity store in Denver twice and have been on the phone with xfinity customer service at least 7x, spending more than several hours with them. No one can offer a solution and I may be stuck with a $700 phone that should have been $150. Xfinity is a joke. Do not use them. Spend a few extra bucks and get AT&T or Verizon.

Don't buy your own modem. They will cut your service in an out after you do it they just want to to pay $15 a month on thier rental modem until your deceased

Why is it so hard to be KIND to the customers? I spent two pointless hours on the phone trying to get internet fixed at a property I manage. I’m finally told I can go pick up a new modem to replace the bad one that’s only 18 months old. Wait in line at the store and have a heartless customer service person tell me “too bad” when I try to ask about an alternative to setting up the new one without using their new app. I imagine the employees must be unhappy too, but if they’re getting paid to do their job, does it hurt to show even the slightest bit of kindness? Problem is these days that it’s so hard to find employees that they know they don’t have to be kind and can still get paid for their customer service job. :(

Renewed our contract and was verbally told no changes to our service . But found they cut my dvr service from 150hrs to 20. We didn't notice on the contract the change and stupidity signed it. Now everyone says we should have noticed the change but shame on us because we believed the agent who renewed us at a higher rate and we didn't know we got less. Liars and thieves. We have two houses with xfinity and they said too bad.

The place to go for Xfinity service and issues as well as cell phone enquires. The entire staff is helpful and awesome. I had a Xfinity problem that I spent too much time on the phone trying to resolve and after one visit to the store Johnathan resolved my issue and provided amazing customer service.I would highly recommend visiting the store over trying to resolve problems on the 800 number they will take care of you.

The team at the new Silverthorne location is friendly, extremely professional and accommodating.I had switch 7 phones from ATT and my personal phone was locked by ATT for over a month. I was unable to use it but Tara was my champion and spent over 20 hours during the course of a month helping me resolve the issue ATT created. They helped me with a temporary solution until ATT finally got around to providing me a code. I will never go back to ATT, my provider for over 15 years, the run around I got from them was the worst I have ever experienced. I am now saving over $200 a month with XFINITY, with great service. I had an oustanding experience with them and they are amazing. Thank you!

Getting and X1 box that works has been very frustrating. The first box was NOT x1, the 2nd one was defective, the 3rd one was defective, and the 4th one played in Spanish and constantly unpaired from the remote. Then they ran OUT of x1 boxes. Why there is not a direct number, why I can't speak to someone, is beyond me. They hand out business cards but the Ee's quit and stop responding. To disconnect, drive down from the mtns, and NOT be able to get a box is infuriating. Now I'm having Xfinity ship UPS to a store in Breck.

The self payment machine at this location has never worked, it didn't work even when it was at the other location on the other side of town. Today I went in to make a payment, and the clerk I dealt with was unable to take my payment because they claimed the network was down. Very poor customer service, they could have taken my check and wrote out a manual receipt, but he refused to do so.

The staff at the Silverthorne store are AMAZING! Tara and Travys went above and beyond to help me get my service aligned with my needs and to answer all of my questions. Their customer service was top-notch and very refreshing in today's service environment. I came into the store frustrated and grumpy and left happy with an entirely different opinion of Xfinity. We went to get our internet modem exchanged for a new one as the old one died out. Kyle Tanner was tremendously helpful, fast, and friendly. We were in-and-out in less than 10 minutes, along with a quick setup!

I struggled with getting my daughter's phone returned to Xfinity mobile and Steve (manager) and the crew worked really hard to push through the red tape and get it sorted. The guys do a good job.
