“Went into the Snowmass location to sort out the shin bang issue with my boots. Asher was quick to identify that my boots were too big and were not the right boot for my level & style of skiing. Not only did he ask pertinent questions, he also did measurements to verify the root cause of the problem. He told me the correct boot sizing and recommended possible boots to look for when I get a chance to shop for a proper pair. It was a very educating session with Asher and I truly appreciate his candor and knowledge. In the meantime, he did a quick “fix” so I could ski the next few days before I depart. Thanks Asher!”
