“I bought a Flexsteel recliner out of state and I needed service on this recliner. It was impossible to arrange a repair through Flexsteel or the company that they suggest for out of warranty repairs. Thankfully, I gave Steve a call at Timberline (a Flexsteel dealer). He was so professional and kind. He truly went that extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend this store. They help even if you didn't buy the piece from Timberline. Refreshingly great service!”

“Central Park Plaza in Steamboat Springs location.
Rented a ski package online for 2 days for my husband and picked them up the day before. The fitting guys were awesome and they fit him up just right. My husband left the boots in the truck in the garage and the boots had to be heated up the next morning. Again the fitting guys were awesome.”

“The person I talked to, Cheryl, was very informative and helped me make a great bed selection. She was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to find out exactly what I wanted, from firmness to the actual construction of a mattress. I’d recommend this place and Cheryl to anyone who is looking for a new bed. Thanks Cheryl.”

“I would like to thank the extraordinary service here tonight- I came into the store in a frenzy looking for a very specific marker and the kind people working there went above & beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for- checking all the stock, even offering me their personal markers, or exploring alternatives to get the same project done. They clearly know what it’s like to be working on a project & in need of the specific material! I eventually found what I was looking for- thank you for being knowledgeable about all the art materials in our little town & I will definitely be back soon as we head into winter and there will be a need for more materials.. thank you so much!”

“This is a great place with many wonderful, very well refurbished and curated items, but this is NOT A THRIFT STORE. These are not "throw away" items that someone is just donating to get rid of and the location is selling for a pittance. If you're going here to find an armchair for $50 or something, expect to see prices more in the $500 range.”
