“We had issues with connectivity with streaming. The trouble shooting they did and follow up with me until issue was resolved in a timely manner was very impressive. The whole team was amazing both Kelfer, Katrina in office. The help desk with Chris and Coby were also a big part on getting our service up and running and the follow-up was the best I don't often see this great customer service from the whole team. Thank you to all of you, what an awesome team. Working with all of them really showed they all care about customer service. Luminate is the best internet service we have ever had and customer service is beyond excellent both in office and help desk.”
