The Rabbit Ears Motel is a great place to stay in Steamboat. The front desk staff is very friendly, flexible, helpful, incredibly respectful, and caring. The location is perfect and great, right downtown with superb access. It is just a few minutes walk to the downtown shops, restaurants, and the Old Town Hot Springs. You can access the Yampa River trail right outside, see the botanic park, and explore shopping areas. The paths along the river provide a serene getaway. Rooms are clean and can have a perfect river view. It is reasonably priced and worth it. The place dates from 1953 and is great for nostalgia. Kids should do fine here. Breakfast is a bit weak. Overall it is a wonderful experience with everyone very friendly.
Came to Steamboat for the Rodeo. Rooms were clean & location perfect. This will be our go to spot when we come to Steamboat.

For being built in 1953, this property is very nice. The room that we had is very clean and has been remodel. Very nice room and a great price. Centrally located, we would start here every time in Steamboat.
