Eric picked us up at the Airport and waited as our flight was delayed without any attitude and total confidence as we drove in unexpectedly unpleasant weather.
Throughout our stay in steamboat Black Bear we responsive and prepared and it felt like we had a personal car service / tour guide whenever we needed!
