I got a Hacky sack from here and it was so fun for about five minutes, then a corners stitching got loose and dirt started to fall, but I emailed the company about it and kindly asked for a new one and they were fast to getting back to me and they said they would give me a non defective one.

As a retailer of their footbags, I can tell you working with Bruce has been great. They provide a quality product at a price that's reasonable. Makes a good impulse buy that we have right on our check out counter.
