I give a 5 star for service only because Aleeya just saved the day in being a 10 for customer service after spending 30 minutes trying to cancel my reservation. Oh how I miss direct one on one communication for a simple task instead of all the AI or English as a second lanuage attempts to complete a simple task. Good... read full comment
