“Solid 2-week stay. You can easily tell from check in to out the staff cares-they were very kind. The breakfast is well worth waking up for (don't miss the green chili or biscuits and gravy). Only real downsides were some maintenance noise, inconsistent housekeeping, and having to have my key remade multiple times. If they tighten up the housekeeping schedule and get everything maintenance wise sorted and finished this place would be a 5/5 for the area. Would highly recommend!”

“Been here 6 years wasn't planning on more than 6 months but with all the Crazey things I've been through over the past 8 years the affordability place is how I've managed to survive all the other crap.I get to have my great big dog and I really don't feel like I'm in the ghetto.”

“Currently staying here right now but just wanted to write a review before going to bed because I know I’ll forget and this place deserves praise.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the prices are easy on the wallet. They’re also very accommodating too, letting me check out late because I showed up at like 1am, it shows they care about their customers. Some might say the rooms are “outdated”, by modern standards, but I’d take a retro room with beautiful wooden walls and a cozy atmosphere over a bland, cookie cutter designed chain hotel or some crappy Motel 6 any day. This is already my personal favorite hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. I will definitely be back here next time I’m in Colorado.

The only issue is there’s a few pesky flies but that could just be my room only and it could just be an acute issue that I happened to check in for.”
