“The owner and manager are amazing!!!!! We booked our room on hotels.com and when we got to the hotel, they informed us that they do not take reservations on hotels or Expedia anymore. Hotels.com is that fault. The owner manager were extremely nice And went out of the way to help us super late at night. They cleaned up and got a room ready for us that they were not planning on Putting anyone in Because they were fully booked. They are fantastic and extremely helpful. The hotel is nice and inconvenient And in a very safe location. I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be coming back!”

“I give a 5 star for service only because Aleeya just saved the day in being a 10 for customer service after spending 30 minutes trying to cancel my reservation. Oh how I miss direct one on one communication for a simple task instead of all the AI or English as a second lanuage attempts to complete a simple task.
