Signmaking in Sterling, CO

“Listen this lady that owns and runs the shop is the real deal. She is from Sterling. I was in Sterling for a DMV appointment. I had never been there before I've never been that far north or east. I grew up in Colorado but I have never been in that area. When I left my DMV appointment my phone did an automatic system update which took about 45 minutes and when it did pop back up my navigation wasn't working. I was pretty turned around and frazzled to say the least. I wasn't able to make a u-turn on the street I was on but knew I probably needed to go the other direction so I decided to take a left and find a place to turn around and then take a right to be going the correct direction. When I took a left it was into sort of an industrial area and I decided to take another left instead of turning around because it was mostly gravel. That's when I saw her shop. It looks like a little house in an industrial park of businesses. It's cream-colored and has pink trim Oh, I thought to myself well if that little house has pink trim the person inside must be kind. My phone not only was not allowing me to make phone calls or send text messages but my navigation would not connect either. So I go in and ask her if I can use her phone and I think she could tell that I was frazzled and she asked me what was going on I told her just a little bit of what was going on and she literally stopped what she was doing and helped me for almost 2 hours. Trying to figure my phone out. She even looked up on her computer directions for me and told me how to get back to the highway but she sat there with me. She was so compassionate and kind. Even though it was completely conflicting on her day she never was impatient or unkind. She even said she didn't feel right about me leaving without her printing out the directions and a map for me in case my phone decided to freak out again upon my departure from her. I have to say that while I was in her shop I not only was taken by her beauty inside and out but also the work around me. She does a really good job with all of the products that I personally saw while I was there. They look perfect. Literally pristine. Also while I was there she received the call from I think the child of one of her clients who wanted to pay for their parents work or something like that. And they were like please do not accept money from them we'd like to pay for it. The way she handled the phone call and the way that she allowed this to happen to bless her client. It just. Really touched me. She has resurrected my faith in humanity. She will forever be in my heart and if I ever need anything done in terms of products that she needs I will be the first to say let's go to her! I don't care if I have to drive to Sterling or if I have to pay for it over a card and she ships it to me. When we are vulnerable we see the true colors of people around us. That was a very vulnerable situation for me and I saw a complete strangers true colors and it was more beautiful than anything I've ever seen in this world. If you are considering supporting a small business with a big integrity and Industrial machines able to do any job big or small, please consider her.”
