They don't do refunds!!! When you change service.
I rather go with out internet than go back to that company.
That's a shame to do to the elderly on a fix income???

The staff at the store was helpful and friendly. But why did I have to drive 40 miles to drop off equipment? Why can't I get a cable card from spectrum?
