Take your money can’t reach them and they have no explanation. When you call or visit with them they make you wait another 3 weeks. You have money but they have it so you have none. Soooo unprofessional.

They don’t answer the phone ever. What if I had a financial emergency. Furthermore, if I was old or incapable of coming into the branch. This is CRAZINESS and needs corrected immediately or I will leave the branch along with several others.

Tried calling this bank multiple times and on different days. They don't answer the phone and don't have any way to leave a message. Terrible customer service...
