“This slaughter house and butcher shop does excellent work. They are accomadating and clean. I am impressed with the service and final product. I have read comments here about the location and would dispute negative claims. They were very accommodating to religious groups that required use of the facility and are very respectful and courteous. This is a mom and pops operation and the meat you get is the meat you take in. There are many things that people don't understand about how much shrinkage happens between slaughter and packaging. Hide, entrails, and bone weight should be taken into consideration. Also on game processing, it depends on where the animal was shot and how much damage and contamination as to how good the final product will be. I recommend this place and the gentleman who cuts the meat is a professional with decades of experience.”
