“Such a great place! After years of people taking my vintage Sansui receiver and returning it to me in worse condition than before, I finally brought it here. This will now be the ONLY place I bring my vintage audio gear for repairs. Communication and ease of approving the work estimate were wonderful. I've feared for years that repair of older units is a dying art, but these guys are keeping it alive. Turnaround time was very quick, under a month from drop-off to estimate to repair completed. I'm thrilled to have my system back up and running.”

He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, took the time to explain the different plans, bundles, and phone options, and helped us figure out exactly what would work best for our family. “Hi as well as always order printer online then discover it was just black and white so I decide to go to return it to the store close o e its boulder....and im thinking(oh no.its going to go bad oh no)got there first employee really nice asking and said you can go over there and select the color printer I said oh no i will do it on line and my kid said mom.lest go and choose one....and I said OK Kay help us and even offer advice about brands which I really appreciate it and pretty fast we were out they offer to help me to take it out but I have my personal.helper( my son)....so im glad I went to return it there thank you”

“Amazing service by Maria! I came in to activate a new phone to an existing line but I had forgotten my pin password, and maria helped me with the process to create another one. It was not easy fast because she had to call metro customer service or some kind of number and go through some identity verification. I was so relief I didn’t have to do that on my own Maria was so patient and very nice the whole time. The only reason why I will come to this metro again!”
“I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”
“by far one of the coolest shops in the pearl street area. I found my way into this store because it had a hole in the wall vibe. i walked around and explored this little gem to see what i could find. There was so many trinkets, records, old books, comics, magzines. The collection inside this store is the most unique collections of items i've ever seen. I then began to speak with Tom, the owner, he explained hes been in this location for 35 years! and hes been collecting, and making the store grow, he sells books and items from his shop on amazon and ebay, on top of having the books in his store. Tom was explaining how hes read thousands of books over his time, and i began to ask some questions about his favorite books, he has many lol. Tom is by far one of the most knowledge men ive ever met, especially when it comes to knowledge on books, and history facts. This was such a cool shop to explore, and Tom was an awesome host / owner. anyone who has a fascination with old trinkits and books should check out this amazing little shop, and see what goodies or Tibet's of knowledge tom can behold. 10/10 would recommend anyone and everyone coming here”

“I've visited the store multiple times for both my mac and iPhone, and always received great service. Most recently, Reema helped me set up a new iPhone, and was extremely patient, kind, and personable.
Also, shout out to all the apple store employees--they're all working their butts off and constantly busy, yet still find the time to answer questions--a lot of people don't see the invisible work that goes into service jobs, like managing in-person and online orders, walk-ins, appointments, restocking inventory, etc. This is an extremely high traffic store, and they stayed open late on a Friday just to finish helping the last few customers. If that's not stellar customer service, I don't know what is.”

“Not sure why people are giving them poor reviews.. I seriously will drive an extra 5+ miles JUST FOR THIS STORE! The food is always fresh & if they dont think it's up to standard (even if I do!) they cook fresh stuff. The manager is always mopping & a clean store is important to me (considering i'm a caterer & Health inspections are very common for me). There is a 7-11 about 1 1/2 blocks away from me.. I will NOT go there.. I wait until i'm heading in this direction. GREAT customer service!!”
