“Hi as well as always order printer online then discover it was just black and white so I decide to go to return it to the store close o e its boulder....and im thinking(oh no.its going to go bad oh no)got there first employee really nice asking and said you can go over there and select the color printer I said oh no i will do it on line and my kid said mom.lest go and choose one....and I said OK Kay help us and even offer advice about brands which I really appreciate it and pretty fast we were out they offer to help me to take it out but I have my personal.helper( my son)....so im glad I went to return it there thank you”

“by far one of the coolest shops in the pearl street area. I found my way into this store because it had a hole in the wall vibe. i walked around and explored this little gem to see what i could find. There was so many trinkets, records, old books, comics, magzines. The collection inside this store is the most unique collections of items i've ever seen. I then began to speak with Tom, the owner, he explained hes been in this location for 35 years! and hes been collecting, and making the store grow, he sells books and items from his shop on amazon and ebay, on top of having the books in his store. Tom was explaining how hes read thousands of books over his time, and i began to ask some questions about his favorite books, he has many lol. Tom is by far one of the most knowledge men ive ever met, especially when it comes to knowledge on books, and history facts. This was such a cool shop to explore, and Tom was an awesome host / owner. anyone who has a fascination with old trinkits and books should check out this amazing little shop, and see what goodies or Tibet's of knowledge tom can behold. 10/10 would recommend anyone and everyone coming here”

“When I tell you almost every employee was helping me is an understatement. These people work extremely hard, efficient, and have excellent communication and knowledge with technology. My iPhone 14 decided to poop itself and they said the repair would’ve been $400+ so I took a leap in faith and bought a new phone. When I did, it was extremely difficult to get my phone number and iCloud info onto the new phone due to the iPhone 14 being inaccessible. I got great help from everyone, (hating myself for not taking notes of employees names!!!! I was so distracted from the mess) I received water and mints during a moment of panic and the utmost respect (shout out to that guy seriously 😂) I got great information on what new phone I needed/wanted and that fitted my personal device. I can’t explain how grateful I am to have this Apple Store near me. They kept me calm and took care of me 🥹❤ best Apple Store in Colorado!!!! Management needs to shoutout this store for real. I got at the store at 9:30ish in the am and didn’t realize they opened at 11 on Sunday’s instead of 10am, but even with that in mind, they took me in and did everything possible to help me. 1000/10”
