“When I moved to Colorado a few years ago, one of the first things I did was join SupTown Crossfit as a way to get to know more people in the area. You cannot find a more welcoming community than the members and staff at SupTown. Nick and the other coaches are top notch and focus on ensuring you have proper form when completing the workouts and always have different ways to scale the workouts. The gym has members of all ages and fitness levels so everyone will feel welcome. I joined two year ago and have gotten incrementally stronger each time I workout! And the group classes only help to you to achieve more! There is no better gym in Colorado.”

“Koda Iron View is a fantastic CrossFit box. I dropped in while traveling, and was immediately met by Coach Casey, who showed me around while still coaching her quite large class. I joined the next class, which was very well organized for warmup, prep, strength, and metcon. Everybody was very friendly, the gym was clean, lots of equipment, and fantastic coaching. I will definitely be back!”

CrossFit Arvada’s culture is all about encouraging each other to be our best selves. We’re like a big extended family – everybody is friendly and supportive of each other at all abilities (novice to competitive performance) and all ages (teens to 80’s). And if you have children over five, check out the evening and summer Kids CrossFit camp!The coaches are fantastic! I feel like they really care about us. They make sure we are using the correct techniques and maintaining proper form, while also encouraging us to push ourselves. Also, workouts can be modified so there is no excuse for not showing up – the key is to keep moving!Give yourself the gift of an hour for your own self-care and well-being! I have steadily made improvements in my strength, flexibility, movement, and nutrition thanks to joining CrossFit Arvada. “For the last several years, I have led a sedentary life and the physical toll is visibly apparent. Along comes Orangetheory. Some days I am sore, tired and I don't want to get up to exercise at 5AM. But I show-up anyhow and I am so glad I do. I leave there an hour later invigorated and thankful that I came. The staff and workout veterans are passionate and welcoming. It's an unofficial accountability that I don't get if I were to just go downstairs in my own home to exercise. It's odd, really, that I own virtually the same equipment yet I am drawn to drive to an organized workout studio that encourages and uplifts the spirit each and every time. I have even modified my diet and sleep cycle to accomodate this new lifestyle that I've been missing out on. “I love love love this pilates studio. The instructors, music, vibe, class variety (cardio, pilates, and combo!) are all wonderful! I look forward to these classes every time. The studio is always clean, they have a shower and towels and snacks/drinks for purchase. They've really thought of everything for creating an amazing space forMy one issue is the stringent policies and archaic way of booking/lack of rollover and limited flexibility around it makes it really difficult to understand how many classes you've paid for and when you can book out (I think it is 2 weeks out), to the point that I've dropped my membership due to work travel and inability to come as consistently. I say archaic because you dont have access to see on the Mecha Studio app what classes you have leftover, but need to use the mindbody app instead. The mindbody app isn't great (and this isn't mechas fault!) but needing to use two apps to be on top of rollover is another step and leads to confusion and frustration when, at the end of june, you're sitting on classes you paid for but aren't able to use.They roll over classes up until June and then again December, which is definitely more than some of the other local studios. Anything you still have left you aren't able to use up (aka, lose it) What is bothersome is are not able to see this on the mecha app, but instead need to go into the mind body app to have an idea of whats still available.You aren't able to freeze your membership and use the classes either, so the policy is strict, and there doesn't seem to be any wiggle room at all. The staff have communicated that this is manual, which I can imagine is quite frustrating for them. If that is the case, is it possible to make exceptions or send out comms around this in the future (Friendly reminder to check Mindbody for any classes as any unused will not roll over as of June 30?) For it to be manual for the staff and for the guests, perhaps considering an email reminder to everyone about this.I would love for the studio to reconsider this policy for continual rollover, or update your own app so that this is more transparent and you can book and see availability in one spot and you do not need to go back and forth with someone via email.”

The only glaring issue with this place is the number of people who workout and walk around the entire time barefoot or in socks! Barefoot at a rack or on lifting platform makes sense, but barefoot on a cable machine? Yiiiiikes!”

“Scott Johnson is simply awesome! Scott has worked with my son for the past six years. His training has helped him reach his goal of playing Division 1 lacrosse in college. Throughout this time my son has become bigger, quicker, faster and stronger because of Scott´s guidance and training. Scott develops a personal relationship with his athletes and this aspect of Scott has been a huge asset for my son - he considers Scott a friend, trainer, and trusted adult in his life. “I went last year with my friend and have been going at least twice a week ever since. The classes are fun, always different, and the instructors are top notch. If you want to lift heavy, they have a good variety of weights to accomplish that goal. I go more for cardio endurance and mine has improved a ton since I first started. Parking is easy, A++.”

“Hands down the best CrossFit gym I've ever been to. The space is great, coaching incredible and the members/community is even better. They offer different class options so if you're not in to CrossFit you can do their Lift class which is more weight lifting focused and not as CrossFit focused. The coaches really care about you and want to make sure your technique is on point in a friendly way and want you to get better. They'll push you but are also aware if you have any injuries or need to scale anything and are very helpful with suggesting different movements when needed. They put on probably 6-10 events per year outside of the gym which really helps give it a community feel which is what I was looking for. 10/10!!”
