This is the best place I’ve ever had my dog’s groomed! I gave been to a lot of places! Maria, Emma & Tabby are AMAZING! Don’t look any further this is the BEST place to go! My long-haired dachshund smelt wonderful for two weeks and their nails were perfectly grinded to not scratch my new floors. Soooooo impressed! ❤️?

My dog's haircut turned out terrible! It's all uneven, and they ruined his adorable teddy bear face by cutting off the sides of his facial hair. Plus, it took over 5 hours! I suspect the groomer was new because she mentioned that she hoped I liked it and that she tried her best.

This is a combined review rating. Justine gets a 5 for her diligence in working to correct the horrendous grooming the previous time by Tabby who gets a 1 for the work she did.
The previous grooming by Tabby was undoubtedly the worst my doodle has experienced in his 11 1/2 years. Period. I knew it would take some talent to correct all the horrible unbalanced grooming that Tabby created. The difference in the length of hair on his legs was so great that my vet thought one leg was swollen. Tabby claimed eight years of experience, but I believe her experience was in something other than grooming. Instead of grooming him like I wanted, she groomed him as she thought it should be done, and her idea of how it should be done was horrendous. Others definitely agreed. Note the one photo of what I wanted and what she did. The entire grooming by Tabby was ridiculously terrible. And, she charged for grinding nails, extra brushing, and she didn’t even bathe him. I told her that I had ground the nails two days earlier and they were fine, and I brush him daily, so there was no extra brushing needed. She said he was matted at his chin. I admit that might have been, because when he drinks, his chin gets wet and then it dries and if I don’t remember to brush it, like happened that morning, it gets stiff. But there was no need for any extra major brushing, he was not at all matted, it was just an extra and unnecessary charge that she initiated. At one point I commented that I didn’t want him looking like a poodle, and that is in his file, but she’s smartly, remarked, “Well, he’s a doodle!“ In the end I was so angry that I was biting my tongue. I had already paid and I just took my dog and walked out with smoke coming from my ears. BTW, the photo on the right, of the combined pair that I submitted, was her finishing touch on the top of his head after she brought him out and I commented that he was supposed to have a flat top not a round top. She took him in for 13 extra minutes – I timed it – and when she returned, the top was even more rounded. Unbelievable. Although upset, at that point, I just mentioned that it’ll get better next time. I asked for an appointment card for next time, and Tabby wrote in another groomer’s name, Justine. That told me that Tabby didn’t want to groom him again. Excellent by me. The bad experience with Tabby was not just the horrendous grooming but the extra money that I unnecessarily paid for things that she not only didn’t need to do, but didn’t do – the nails weren’t touched, he didn’t need extra brushing, and she did not bathe him. The entire grooming was so horrible that I should not have had to pay anything for it. I groomed him twice during the pandemic, and it was the first time I ever groomed any dog, but my grooming was way better than Tabby’s supposed eight years of experience. I do have photos that would prove all of that.
I knew the next groomer would have to be pretty well-versed in order to correct the hideous job that Tabby completed. That job was left to Justine, who did a fine job, especially considering what she had to work with following Tabby’s fiasco. Fortunately, it’s just hair and it’ll regrow and eventually everything will even out and likely look even better after the next grooming.
Thank you, Justine, for a wonderful grooming correction to the terrible previous grooming by Tabby

We had an appointment scheduled for 1230 to get our dog groomed. We called ahead, letting them know that we were going to be 15 minutes late and they said to still come. When we arrived, the clerk, Tabby, was extremely rude and wouldn’t let us have our dog groomed even though they told us to still bring him. We live 20 minutes away, so this was very frustrating. Tabby was extremely rude and could not give us a good reason as to why they couldn’t take our pup. I definitely would not want to leave my pet with someone that acted like this.

Absolutely love this location. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. When my dog's normal food was out of stock, Charley assisted me in finding an immediate solution.

When trying to buy a beta fish today I was told at the check out that there is a 5 gallon tank requirement for the purchase of a Beta fish. We were planning on using the fish bowl that had kept our other beta fish alive for 2 years in. Check out store person told me this is the new store policy for the purchase of a beta fish. I looked on their website and there is no such policy listed. Also they are selling a 3 gallon all- in- one kit under the small cups that they keep the beta fish in. If this is truly the store policy than there is be proper signage of a 5-gallon tank requirement. I then stated that my friends fish had died and it was likely that we could get the fish tank from then. The person then told me that I would need to bring in proof of an appropriate sized tank to show her before she would allow for me to purchase the fish. My daughter was very upset. It is appropriate to make sure people care for the animals but to require Proof seemed over the top.
