“Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere; the man working there today at noon was very helpful in finding me the box size I needed as it was an uncommon size. Thank you for your service!”
“By far the best usps I have ever seen. Bri was amazing yesterday. I had the baby with me so she helped put stamps on over 30 letters. Thank you. Ron was there too he’s always nice and helpful. Merry Christmas”
“I messed up on the self service kiosk (thought it counted as an envelope, but really it fell under a package!) and got a return to sender a week later. I went to the register and they were so helpful and kind! Gave me credit for what I paid erroneously beforehand and helped clean up my package so it didn't cause any confusion down the road. Fantastic service!”
“I had a great experience at the Boulder Post Office applying for a replacement passport. The staff were friendly and efficient. When I arrived, a woman at the front desk kindly let me wait in the passport area and checked that I had my documents ready.
Troy, who handled my appointment, greeted me by name and made the whole process easy and pleasant. We chatted about 4WD vehicles and travel, and his office—decorated with foreign currency—added a fun, personal touch. Even when there was an error on my form, he helped fix it without making it a big deal. He also explained what to expect next with my documents.
I had a 10 a.m. appointment and was back in my car by 10:20. Super smooth.
Heads-up: there’s no parking at the post office, so expect to park across the street and pay for metered parking.
Bottom line: friendly, quick, and stress-free—definitely not the DMV.”
“I’ve gotten the best service here. I’ve shipped to other parts of the country, internationally, returns, you name it they can handle it, and they have been professional and pleasant even with Christmas crowds. I prefer coming here to the regular past office. And there are fun gifts and candy that I’m tempted to buy.”
“Helpful staff. The lady in front of me was swearing at the clerk because she did not like a USPS rule. I apologized for her crappy behavior, the clerk had a great attitude and just shrugged it off easily, and gave me a good tip to save time on mailing my package.”
“Came in to get my passport. The gentleman with glasses was super helpful and patient with me! They were busy and I was impressed with how they got everyone taken care of.”
“Just went in and Nicole waited on me. Something wrong. All workers here are smiling and in a good mood. Nicole made sure to ship my small package the best rate possible. I swear, I think owners pumping happy gas into air like casinos do. Thanks Nicole. And have a good day !!! Totally appreciate it !”
“I’ve been here probably 10 times and avoid going to other offices bc I like this one so much. They are kind, quick/manage their line really well. The space is clean and pretty well stocked with packaging materials. They have drop offs you can get to without having to wait in line.”
“I haven’t had much interaction with the staff but know that can be kinda slow as expected at a USPS but that’s partially due to customers not knowing WTH they’re doing.
This place is open outside business hours with a package posting machine thing and you can access PO Boxes.
I like this place.”
“Sue is fantastic! I had a very important package marked delivered but wasn't anywhere to be found. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers. She found it and delivered it to us personally, then called me later just to follow up and give me her direct line in case I ever need anything in the future. Great customer service!”
“Shorter lines than the other post office is, and I don’t know what other people are complaining about everybody’s friendly here and much cheaper than UPS or FedEx”
“We had a lovely experience today submitting passport applications for our two young boys. Many thanks to the kind employee who processed our applications and took the boys' pictures.”
