“I haven’t had much interaction with the staff but know that can be kinda slow as expected at a USPS but that’s partially due to customers not knowing WTH they’re doing.
This place is open outside business hours with a package posting machine thing and you can access PO Boxes.
I like this place.”
“I have to send large amounts of mail from this office once a month, and the employees are always kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Today, I had to add extra stamps to over 150 envelopes (due to a mistake on my party). An employee, Devar, personally helped me add stamps to all of them. It was very helpful and nice of him to do, when he could have let me do it myself. I really appreciated the friendliness from him and the other employees, especially Jeremy and Brie.”

“I was really excited about getting a package yesterday, but unfortunately it got misplaced. I contacted this office and they immediately went into action to locate it. My item was found within 24 hours. The office manager also called me to get information and to let me know when it was found. I really appreciate their lighting speed customer service and immediate attempt to remedy the situation. Accidents will happen, but how we respond to them matters.”
“They have a 24 hour kiosk which is a plus if you're needing to get something post marked and or on its way after business hours. It's not located in the best part of town but I feel pretty safe knowing there are security cameras around the place.”

2nd: I find mailing most packages from here very easy.
Staff helped me find the sweet spot in cost, regarding shipping weight & size, for boxes from CO to Maine: under 19x19x19 & under 22lbs.
3rd: Again, I say the staff??are great.”
“I've always had great a great experience at this post office. The post office in general gets a hard time. Whether I'm getting stamps, mailing a package, getting a money order or anything else - the staff are always helpful.Today, I visited because the key to a package locker jammed and I couldn't retrieve the package. I went to the post office in person to ask for assistance. They took down the location details and said someone would check on it. I figured it'd take a while for them to get to it. By the time I'd driven back to the location there was already someone their unlocking it and I got my package. Couldn't ask for better service than that!”

“Sue is fantastic! I had a very important package marked delivered but wasn't anywhere to be found. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers. She found it and delivered it to us personally, then called me later just to follow up and give me her direct line in case I ever need anything in the future. Great customer service!”
“I’ve been here probably 10 times and avoid going to other offices bc I like this one so much. They are kind, quick/manage their line really well. The space is clean and pretty well stocked with packaging materials. They have drop offs you can get to without having to wait in line.”

Newly revised. Getting worse again. Back to under staffed. Employees do not seem to care as much about us or themselves for that matter. They seem sad when I go in. Also, be careful because they don’t always check your packages in for tracking. And they ship them off. NO TRACKING.”

“The lady their was very helpful she as soon as she seen packages for ups she came out and informed me of my mistake she was really friendly wasent upset was just glade she caught me well I was still their all this happened at closing I wish I would of got her name this is my review don't want to bash anybody can't compare this usps with the on Washington so I just they are getting better now”
