“I have to send large amounts of mail from this office once a month, and the employees are always kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Today, I had to add extra stamps to over 150 envelopes (due to a mistake on my party). An employee, Devar, personally helped me add stamps to all of them. It was very helpful and nice of him to do, when he could have let me do it myself. I really appreciated the friendliness from him and the other employees, especially Jeremy and Brie.”

I had probably a very silly question about postage for sending trading/photo cards through the mail and he was super helpful and not at all impatient or condescending. “I was really excited about getting a package yesterday, but unfortunately it got misplaced. I contacted this office and they immediately went into action to locate it. My item was found within 24 hours. The office manager also called me to get information and to let me know when it was found. I really appreciate their lighting speed customer service and immediate attempt to remedy the situation. Accidents will happen, but how we respond to them matters.”

“Sue is fantastic! I had a very important package marked delivered but wasn't anywhere to be found. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers. She found it and delivered it to us personally, then called me later just to follow up and give me her direct line in case I ever need anything in the future. Great customer service!”

“Have to dab up the staff here. They're consistently helpful and tolerant of my own young children's often intolerable behavior while trying to help me and other patrons. Today, I came in at 5:28, 2 minutes to close ,and a friendly clerk, DJ, helped me with return. He walked me through using a QR code scanner at the kiosk like I was not a total ape. In other words, he was very calm and collected at the end of the day. I ran back in to get a single stamp at the end of the day and he didn't even charge me. USPS service is alive and well at this location.”

Employees do not seem to care as much about us or themselves for that matter. They seem sad when I go in. Also, be careful because they don’t always check your packages in for tracking. And they ship them off. NO TRACKING.”

“A lot of these reviews appear to do with lost packages or issues that have nothing to do with this post office location specifically. As someone who actually went to this location to mail a certified letter, I had a great time. Well, as great of a time as visiting a post office can be. I rarely mail anything but the person who helped me was kind and able to help me rather quickly too. Now if that letter gets lost in the mail later on, it sucks but it’s certainly not this post office’s fault.”
