“Best customer and dog experience ever!After driving 10 hours, I finally arrived at my friend’s house only to be told that my friend’s wife is allergic to dander. My bad; should've asked. They pointed me to Ouray Dog Company, as rumor has it that they're the best in town. When I got there, the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She reviewed their services and we went with a 5 day boarding option, with a bath before pickup.I showed up the next day and asked if I could see my dogs, and they were cool with it. I asked if I could take my dogs to a dog park, and they said go for it and even gave me good directions. My dogs were super happy and everything seemed great. Quick side note: I’m an Army veteran and I noted his Navy memorabilia (gross!). I had a nice conversation with the guy when we got back. Even though he’s Navy, we still had a good conversation, and I won’t gig him for not being Army.With the exception of Sunday, I was able to get a quick visit with my dogs for the rest of my visit. When I picked up my dogs, they were nice and clean and then it was time to drive 10 hours back home. I asked if they’d do the driving, and they said “No”, but all of their other services were great! 10 out of 10, would use them again!”
