The tube for the drying wand wasn't properly fastened to the ceiling and disconnected, falling onto my hood and marring my finish. Now I need a professional to buff the damage out! This place is in disrepair. Every time Im here there is an employee trying to fix things to no avail. The foam gun rarely works.
There are too many carwashes nearby for this one to be so bad - Im finding a new one.
EDIT: I ended up getting in contact with Nikki via the autowash support email address. She was very helpful and after asking for a few details she had me send over a couple quotes from some local body shops/detailers. I took my car in and they fixed the damage, all paid for by autowash. I'm pleasantly surprised by the support and happy that everything got fixed.
I'll probably still steer clear of the self-serve touchless wash but I'm going to try out the automatic touchless.

Terrible carwash.
They force you to download their app just to use the vacuums and I'm not even exaggerating when I say I think my car looks worse after going through their wash. Don't waste your money here.

Excellent deal, use car wash at least 3 times a week. Only run into problems seldom. Don't use first bay for self clean. If the screen gets any moisture it stops working!

Always a great wash. I noticed last time I had gone to the dealer for an oil change. After they were done with the oil change. My car looked better than the new cars in the lot.

You need a car wash, it's fine but if you want to use the vacuum you're going to have to fill out a credit application. I appreciate that if you're a frequent user. Setting up a profile and putting in your car details is worth it, but if you're just stopping by to use the vacuums, it's a bit much.
