I had an amazing experience at Cobblestone Car Wash thanks to Amy. From the second I pulled up, she greeted me with genuine professionalism and a great attitude. She explained everything clearly, made solid recommendations, and treated my car like it mattered. You can tell she takes pride in her job and truly cares about her customers.
My car came out looking flawless, but the customer service from Amy is what made the visit stand out. People like her are the reason I’ll keep coming back.

“Love how its 24/7 here and they have everything, except the tire cleaner and shiner. That's all thats missing but besides that overall great spot to clean your vehicle regardless of the time. Also safe spot being in Northglenn with minimal police issues.”

“Great car wash. I have two memberships. Never a long line moves fast. I love they go the extra mile to hand wash the tailgate to make sure no spot is missed. Other car washes miss the license plate and middle of rear window. Also love that they have a mat washer for all weather mats.”

“The employees here are very nice. I have bought an unlimited monthly wash service here before and I’d say it’s definitely worth it. It’s a good location, they keep running things smoothly. The only thing I’d reccomend is to get a mat washing machine!”

“Yesss! I've found my favorite self service car wash!Cheaper than other carwashes. Pressure of the water is outstanding, they have a change breaker, and the foam brush squirts all over the place! :D There is a small area on the side for those like me who wish to dry their car, AND they have manual carpet cleaning brush! VERY impressed!”

“Nice DIY wash facility. I hosed down a 21 foot van and the swivel was actually big enough to do this. Many facilities have a smaller swivel for the hose making it hard. Nice they do take cards with a low minimum....$2.One star off for not taking Amex and for a funky building design. One guy was vacuuming his car for what seemed forever. In doing so he was blocking access to an available wash stall. Also no real area to dry your car afterwards.”

“The tube for the drying wand wasn't properly fastened to the ceiling and disconnected, falling onto my hood and marring my finish. Now I need a professional to buff the damage out! This place is in disrepair. Every time Im here there is an employee trying to fix things to no avail. The foam gun rarely works.
There are too many carwashes nearby for this one to be so bad - Im finding a new one.
EDIT: I ended up getting in contact with Nikki via the autowash support email address. She was very helpful and after asking for a few details she had me send over a couple quotes from some local body shops/detailers. I took my car in and they fixed the damage, all paid for by autowash. I'm pleasantly surprised by the support and happy that everything got fixed.
I'll probably still steer clear of the self-serve touchless wash but I'm going to try out the automatic touchless.”
“The customer service here is beyond good, they are exceptional. I have used them 4 or 5 times with my monthly car wash account. They always are pleasant, fix your issues quickly, and answer your questions, no matter how trivial in a way that is easy to understand. Many car washes are similar, but Autowash's customer service makes them stand out amongst the others. I voluntarily told them how good their customer service was. They join the ranks of incredible customer service with Discount Tire....simply amazing!!!”
