I had a great experience at this Chase Bank location. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is very friendly, and they are extremely professional. They took the time to answer my questions and provided excellent customer service. 😊💯👍

So i know this location gets a lot of negative reviews and I was a bit hesitant to go there - but it was the most convenient location so I gave it a shot. Misty was absolutely lovely and I was in and out in 10minutes. Super happy with the service and experience as a whole.

Misty the branch manager helped convert us savings bonds for 2 hours. She had a great attitude the entire time and was lovely to work with.
