“Edit 4/21/26 Issue was resolved. I spoke with the branch manager about my experience and my concerns. While I still dislike the remodel, there's a reason for the change. Alternatives to the teller counter for my mom were discussed with her needs in mind, to both our satisfaction. This branch stepped up. Thanks!

I was having a rough week so my head was all over the place and I kept making mistake after mistake but Smith was very patient with me and very helpful. He explained everything very well and step by step. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to do anything! I felt bad having smith go back and forth because of the mistakes I kept making but I really appreciated Galen Smith helping me out with everything and being patient with me.”
