I've seen many employees retire or move on. I may miss Cherry and "Bride" and others but all the recent employees are friendly, efficient, and professional. Thanks to their HELOC that only took a few days., we have moved 15 miles away to a new home (finally moving out of our old house of 28 yrs), and have NO intention of changing branches, let alone rival banks. Do you see a pattern? Customers for ever! However, we do miss the drive-thru from there old location that was only 1 mile away. No biggy.”

“Had some complications with online banking with a new account I opened and the verification wasn't working with phone customer service so went into this branch to get help. They didn't have any bankers available at all but they worked through with me by assisting me as an agent on the phone with the phone customer service. Spent a little over an hour there and Sierra was incredibly patient and calm as we worked through the holds on my new account. Made for a stressful few days but my experience today with Sierra was awesome. She was thinking outside of the box to assist me. As a newcomer to Colorado navigating the stressful logistics of moving states, I'm very pleased with my experience today. Sierras trainer, starts with an S I think, was able to pull some strings for me as well. Thanks so much!”

I was having a rough week so my head was all over the place and I kept making mistake after mistake but Smith was very patient with me and very helpful. I felt bad having smith go back and forth because of the mistakes I kept making but I really appreciated Galen Smith helping me out with everything and being patient with me.”
