Heather was great today. Very patient and explained everything well. I was super sore and our warm up loosened me up for the workout!

Been a member for ~1 month. Never done CrossFit before. Everyone is really supportive and encouraging. Coaches are extremely patient and quick to make adjustments as needed, which I greatly appreciate.
