“The absolute best service I ever received was here at this location. My bike tire blew a hole and I was looking for tools to change a tire (I thought I needed a chain removal kit FYI I didn't need that kit) While everyone was very friendly and helpful regarding my needs and did everything to try to fulfill those needs. But here's where it gets good, upon timeless efforts Googling and researching the items I needed and trying to figure out if stores nearby had them or if we were forced to a special online ordering the woman who was helping , (I wish I asked for her name too) , me decided to call another employee to assist. Mr. Tommy Lee , a very happy an eager to help style person, came about and asked questions regarding my bike, ( aparantly he knows a little something about bikes and just so happened to have all the tools in his locker to fix a bike) he then grabbed a single wrench (which I purchased) he goes to his locker to get the bike tools. Then comes outside with me in the cold and completely changes the tire with minimal effort. Such a friendly and warm hearted person! I will never go to any other store for my tools or home improvement needs after this encounter. Give that man a raise!”

“Confusing AF until you've gone there once and figure out isle numbers front half of store vs back half. Used to be annoying AF to have every employee come up and ask if customers needed help finding stuff. They must have gotten complaints about that, this time, not one stopped to ask. Any I did see looked like they were nearly panicked trying to help someone else. Eventually, I found my product by looking it up on my Android app (vs my roommate's computer B4 I left to store). The store app itself, was a bit weird to operate. The store was clean enough, kinda well organized, and the self check out had a nice attendant who made eye contact and a welcoming smile (could have been my pink and blue hair). If I could, I'd score it 4.5, but not a 5 for too confusing isle markings.”
“Jeff from the electrical department was just fantastic. He helped me with a range of different things that I needed and was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful with everything (not to mention patient with my really basic questions). He even took the time to explain how to install something, along with the tools I'd need, and found ways to save me money with my purchases. Can't say enough great things about Jeff!”
“Excellent company run by the Ellisons, awesome Christian core values. I buy keys, tape, and other stuff here as my way (of many) to serve the Lord and make it known. Go here more often, though this location is sometimes a hit and miss for available product. They have been working on improving their customer service and staff training as well.”

They guide you thru the process of helping you choose your blinds, shades, shutters or drapery, simplifying your purchase. They also have great professional installers! I loved my Design Consultant and the consultation and measure were complimentary!”
