“Great clothing store! I have been very impressed with the quality, functionality, and fitment of the pants and cargo shorts I have bought from DTC. Great products, good selection, and I have always had amazing customer service.
This location had a great selection of products as well as good deals on select items. The staff were all very helpful and amazing to work with. The overall environment was very pleasant and enjoyable.
A shoutout to Jeff who was great to work with, was very knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed and the correct fit. Cathy was also a delight to work with and helped me order items that were out of stock.

“Thanks to the manager Danny (Dani?) for helping me with an online order error even when she didn’t have to; it was a mistake on Old Navy’s part and I was on a wild goose chase to return said item bc old navy sent me to Gap, and this Gap Factory said I would have to drive all the way to the standard Gap in flatirons but Danny got it figured out before I wasted even more time and gas. 🙏🏼”

“Best store and best fitting (euro style) clothing there is! I usually shop at both of Denver’s locations, this store has all the deals though! In any case I bought a few shirts from here a little while ago and unfortunately one wasn’t the fit I really like (reg) . So I was in the area and stopped in to return it. Short story but… they allowed me to exchange it since I was buying more of their clothing! A HUGE shout out to Marco and the store manager for going the extra mile! I highly recommend this store and their management! Unfortunately customer service in general has gone downhill lately…. BUT this store nailed it! ???????THANK YOU guys again! “Very expensive but amazing looking items and very comfortable people are saying there's bad customer service that wasn't my experience and I don't know if the things about them wearing out quickly are true or not but we will see only reason I got anything was cus there whole store was half off and I think people are just being stupid these clothes aren't supposed to be for machine washing and drying that's how there made of course there wear out quick if you do what it says on the tag not to do if you buy something here just read the tag or take a Pic or smthn I had decent service not incredible but not bad at all had someone come and ask if we're finding everything ok or if we need help finding stuff that fits right great store but probably don't go unless they have a sale or your rich. (I got a great looking red jacket for 160 on sale for 80)”

I have had to go through trial and error 3x to get glasses that work for me, and Erica in the Thornton, CO Outlet Mall location was super patient, helpful and friendly about it all, Thanks!”
