The store staff here is amazing. Jeff helped guide me to the shoe style for my foot size and appropriate sport/hike use. Jeff was patient and attentive to my comments of shoe feel. Oh and the shoes were supportive and have good toe box room. My shoes fit like a glove! This store is a win, win! I'll be back!

I forgot to ask your name, but dude working the Wednesday closing shift was life changing! Don't think I've ever met somebody so knowledgeable on Merrell, hiking boots, and simply everything about the textiles industry. Can't thank you enough for all the help towards a boot decision.

The employees were extremely helpful today! They took the time to explain the differences between the various types of boots that I needed for work. They didn’t have the size that I needed, but they answered all of my questions so that I could easily order from their website.
