I just wanted to say thank you to Catrina for taking care of me yesterday. I had to return a crossbody strap cause it was broken 😔 She didn’t even gave me a hard time or hesitated and ask so many questions about me returning the item. She’s always so helpful every time I come in to the store. 😃

Great experience all the workers that were working today. We’re very helpful very friendly and they have much better customer service than coach the outlet right next to them. I’d prefer going to Michael Kors any day

Katrina, bee, and Bree were awesome and stayed open late for me and my friend while we shopped and they were patient and answered all our questions. Super excited about the monthly seasonal changes they offer and we can’t wait to go back!
