First time going into this store to get a gift for my wife for Mother’s Day… It will also be my last. The customer service was soooo bad. I asked about an online price on a purse I was looking for. The Girl was condescending and pissy with me because I asked for the online price “yeah we don’t honor online pricing, even if me as an employee wanted online I couldn’t so that’s what you’re gona pay” The lack of customer service these days is insane. Why can’t these big corporations hold a higher standard to their employees?

No store hours posted on the door. I arrived at 6:47 pm and the doors were locked. A young girl up front pointed with her finger to wait, assuming she was getting someone. The staff ignored me, I wanted to ask about the hours. The young guy who I recall from my last visit Tony a manager or supervisor also just ignored me when I was knocking on the door. I just googled and find out they close at 7pm. If the website states 7pm that means you provide service till 7pm. There were several customers walked up surprise the store closes early. I just needed to make a return which would’ve taken long. I’ve been a repeat customer for a while and have spent several $$$$, I will now take my $$$ elsewhere. I’ve read several negative reviews on here, upper management definitely needs to review and make changes to this location Denver premium outlet!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. Stephanie, who seem to be the manager, was incredibly rude when Asked the price. Her attitude was hurtful. She seemed like she hated her job and hated being there, We usually make this, Michael Kors a must stop when coming to the outlets but after today’s experience, I will probably just shop at The other fashion stores at the shopping plaza. I really hope Stephanie finds a better job or when that makes her happier because her attitude today was so hurtful and spiteful, everybody else was really nice though.

Tony was very helpful and friendly today helping us choose watches and bags. He also helped us resize the watch strap. I’m very happy with the service and would come back.

Store manager has personal family working in the “back room” ripping off MK labels and keeping straps from damaged bags. The staff has a problem with giving dirty looks to their guests. This places has bad energy and racist employees. Corporate should only know how this store is really ran. Disgusting people
