“The place its self is neat. I went on a Saturday afternoon and the store was packed. It was like Christmas in July. The line was insane. It did took a while to get to the register while being in line, but just not as long as I thought it would. The good thing is that they do have the employees walking around helping people. So I was able to get help right away with what I needed.”

“I recently wanted to try a popular shoe (the 990v6) but the only ones available felt a bit tight at the store. I bought them anyway, hoping they'd break in, but after 2 weeks they still felt uncomfortable and hurt my heels.While walking through the mall, I saw this store and asked if I could exchange my shoes for a wider fit, even though this was not the same store where I bought the original pair , and I didn't have the box and was wearing them. The manager kindly made an exception and exchanged them for the right size! This was amazing, and I'm so grateful for their help.The new shoes fit perfectly and are incredibly comfortable - they're already some of my favorites! Huge thanks to the manager for their excellent customer service. This store has a great selection of top-selling shoes, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable footwear.”

“We really only come here for shoes usually but always walk around the store. It’s always clean, we’re always greeted right away, asked if we need help, and they’re always fairly kind. This store is much easier to get help from than a few others & we love Bob at the register. I almost always get him when we check out.”

“I’m not sure if it’s just this Cabela’s, or all of them as a company, but somehow, every visit I have here is a great one. I’ve been here 3 times in 2 weeks, dealt with different employees each time and every interaction is more than pleasant! In fact, they’re outright noteworthy. If I wasn’t so terrible with names, I’d list the specific people but wow, I don’t understand why coming here is so unlike visiting ANY OTHER retail space. Helpful, good attitudes, even though everyone has something funny to say about my Longhorns lanyard. Seriously, if you’re reading reviews to decide about this place, don’t bother. “Prices were great, I found several items with crazy discounts. I also was visiting from out of town and I left my gloves in the store. After calling the store, the manager Cody was terrific and offered to ship my gloves to me. The store was great and everyone was friendly. I will definitely go back there to shop when I visit Denver again!”
