Maps takes you to rotella Park instead of Waterview on the parkway apartment complex. If you drive a little further west you'll see the entrance to the apartment complex.

Thank you to the Waterview staff for their effort in fixing my heat. It was miserably hot in my apartment, but they took care of the problem promptly and professionally. Thank you!

Well first things first, we haven’t moved in just yet (we pick up our keys tomorrow) but, David the leasing manager, is absolutely AMAZING! He is so friendly, professional, and works QUICK! He does what’s convenient for his residents. I am looking forward to being a tenant of his. Thank you David for being awesome!
