A special thank you to Issac Rodriguez — he has been absolutely amazing throughout our time here. He has always helped us with an excellent, professional attitude and has consistently resolved any needs or concerns we’ve had quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and genuinely caring about residents.
We truly appreciate everything and have enjoyed our time living here. We would definitely recommend Avana Thornton to others looking for a place to call home.”

“Outside perspective, I've been delivering mail here for just over five months now. I've only had positive interactions with both residents and staff. Maintenance keeps the grounds looking immaculate, the property is close to a major attraction and the neighborhood is definitely up and coming. Highly recommend talking with the office staff and setting up a tour.”

“This is my second year living at Lambertson and for the most part me and my family love it! One of the biggest reasons we moved here is for the dog park and the green spaces behind the apartments and that alone makes living here worth it. As for the apartment, shared spaces and staff we’re very pleased with our experience so far. I removed one star for a few things that could be improved on like attention to detail with the apartment updates/fixes before or upon move in (poor paint job, plumbing issues, etc.) and some houseless population situations, but that wouldn’t deter me from still living here tbh.”
