Making an appointment online was easy. From the moment I walked in, I received great customer service. Jasmine was wonderful! She was very patient and understanding about our issues. She was very knowledgeable about services. And she addressed all of our questions and concerns. Overall, we had a pleasant experience with the help of Jasmine.

I won't go into the details, but I will say going without a phone sucks! It's almost as bad as dating a Crazy Redhead from a sketchy website.
I was in the process of switching phones (mine held against its will) when passwords, push notifications, locked out, or not compatible phones prevented me from freeing my abducted device. Everything got screwed up to the max. I was screwed without my communicator harder, and then a crazy redhead gets screwed after dinner and drinks.
Once my device was returned, Pong, the dude that politely greeted me at the door, was patient, understanding helpful,capable, and above all solved my issue quickly and efficiently. Damn snappy dresser too, fit, professional very PC. Go there! If I could give the dude 15 stars, I would

Avoid Comcast/Xfinity!
My sister signed a new contract with Xfinity on 5/31/24 which includes new cable service and an upgrade to internet bandwidth from 300Mbps to 2000Mbps. This location is the closest to her house.
It is now 12/9/24. We have yet to receive the cable box, so we literally can't use half of our service. Then the rented internet gateway (from 2020) only ever provides 300Mbps consistently. Even then, every day, it either fully loses signal and resets itself or has degradation bad enough that streaming services like Hulu are unable to even stream at lowest SD quality.
I've learned they had added services without consent (federally prohibited) back during the pandemic and my sister has been paying for YEARS for undelivered services that she wasn't even aware of being billed for (auto pay)!
I've tried getting this resolved but you know how Xfinity corporate has responded? Claiming I am not an authorized user to avoid discussion when I am listed as a manager. Claiming there's a cable box active on our account, while ignoring that it was never delivered *to us*, so if it's in use it's fraud. Claiming that our gateway is receiving signal as expected and refusing to do anything. Essentially making excuses to not provide services and STILL charge for them, i.e. commit fraud!

Terrible service. (I'm probably just being petty but fr work on your communication skills and BE ON TIME) The worker that was supposed to work with me seemed extremely lazy and unprofessional. Didn't even come by today which was extremely disappointing.

These people here are so incompetent. They opened three different accounts in my name and failed to ever mention that I had a past due balance. Weird how they just opened different accounts. They have the accounts on file and the past due balance, but no payment history 🙄.
