Horrible service. I went to the front desk to buy winter tires in January. They said they would call me when they came in. I never received a call. I called and they told me they were here. I dropped my car off. They said 45 minutes wait. I checked in at 45 minutes and the man at the desk told me they forgot about my car and that it would be another 45 minutes. A full hour passed and finally I was ready to go. They almost threw out my brand new all weather tires without asking. I only found out to stop them because they charged me a disposal fee and I inquired about it. At that time I was quoted a $50 to change my tires out for summer tires when the time came. Last week I called to schedule. They told me 30-45 minutes over the phone. I came in today and they charged me $75 to switch out. After I paid they told me a full hour wait. I just had them refund me and left. Horribly run. Extremely disorganized. I do not recommend them.

They changed the wrong tires! Despite telling Reuben a number of times that I had a flat tire and the spare now on the rear needed to go back to being the spare and the puncture tire currently in the spare storage area they didn’t do this. After the change out I asked if he had any troubles lowering the tire from the spare location I was told he didn’t even touch it. So they had to get the vehicle back in and re do it. 2 1/4 hours.
Another concern was that I found a bracket in the back of the van. It apparently just fell off from the undercarriage. But the fact they didn’t even bother to tell me and just put it in my van hoping I wouldn’t notice was less than ideal.

Nik did such an amazing job with us. Took the time to explain things to us and got it done quickly. He definitely should get a raise and promotion!

Had a flat tire that was to be replaced under their road hazard warranty. They had to order a new tire and was told it would take 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later it turns out the tire was never ordered. No one could help me over the phone either.

I will be completely honest, not the greatest service as I ordered my tires came into my original appointment and the guy that helped me at the counter said my tires were not in yet and I should have gotten a phone call when my tires came in, which did not happen. My tires were back ordered. I then had to call myself to see if they finally came in to get my new appointment scheduled a week later. So they lack in the communication department BUT I would like to give a shout out to Jason as he was very apologetic when I came in for my second appointment and heard how much of a process this had been for me. He also made sure I still received the discounted rate for the tires I chose. He was the one who originally set me up with the tires and suggested the tires I should purchase and I will say I am SUPER happy with how they look and drive on my car. Price for the tires were almost $700 cheaper at Costco then Big O quote I received. So overall, it can be a process getting tires here but all things considered I feel like I got set up with the best $$$ and tires for my car so at the end of the day I am happy. Thank you Jason for all your help along the way!

This place is very poorly run. I got new tires here. The line was long, there was only one person at the desk. The help staff was unfriendly. They told me it would take an hour, the job lasted over an hour and a half. After getting new tires I took my car home and that night had a flat tire. I tried calling the tire center 5 times before anyone answered. No apology and all I got was a “we are super busy right now. If you come in we will try to get it fixed but I can’t give you any sort of wait time. The prices were not worth the poor service.
My wife also had to get new tires a few days after me. She had an appointment with a text confirmation from them. When she arrived they told her the appointment was not in their system. She had to wait 3 hours while they “squeezed her in”.
Top to bottom a bad experience.

If you don't have to, do not get tires installed here!
Slowest, unorganized drop off/pick up. Batteries, tires and pick up/drop off are all the same counter. One of my biggest regrets is that I used them to install my tires. I'll forego the free flat repair, and pay elsewhere. What a disappointment.

As I was looking for new tires, I came across the Google reviews for the Timnath tire shop. After I read them, I decided to buy tires at Les Schwab. I’ve been a satisfied Costco member since 2009, but based on the reviews, I will never buy tires from Costco.

Bought $800+ tires online and set up the appointment 3 weeks ago. When I showed up to drop off the car for my set appointment, they couldn’t find the tires and made us wait with no explanation for over 20 minutes. Eventually they told us that the tires were lost or accidentally put on someone else’s car. There was zero accountability or apology for anything. They did not seem concerned that there is now someone out driving with the incorrect tires on their car.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever seen. We were then told that we had to go wait in the long return line to get our money refunded. Hopefully whoever is driving around with my tires likes them. Never coming here again. Carlos, Preston, Sebastian and team- please do better.

I had one of the first appointments of the morning to have my tires rotated. Even though they'd only been opened 45 minutes, I was told it would be an extra hour beyond the usual time before they could have my car ready because they were already backed up that much!
Next time I'll go to a tire store that I have confidence will have time.

The Costco Tire Center staff in Timnath CO went over and above to assist us in a crisis and get us back on the road quickly!
We found ourselves unable to travel back to Denver with 2 damaged tires at once! Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, the staff understood our predicament and was able to work us in without an appointment. They accomplished the repairs in a matter of hours - all the while maintaining a smiling, friendly, and genuinely caring attitude. The stress we were feeling was wiped away, and we left the center feeling incredibly grateful and confident in the fantastic service we received.

We love COSTCO, and I use to always buy tires there, but I would NEVER make that mistake again. They are understaffed and not able to keep up with the demand even with an appointment. But if you have an emergency like a flat tire, forget about it! What is the road hazard policy for anyway! I called at 1:30pm no one answered (like usual) took it in by 1:45 waited for over 3 hours and when there was still no hope, I put on the spare tire and drove to Discount Tire, in and out in 30 minutes!!!!

I went to Costco because I needed new tires. I have never had to buy tires before and don't know a thing about purchasing tires. The guy who helped me was so rude. I told him the make and model of my vehicle and the tire size. He did a calculation on a calculator and threw the calculator at me. I tried to ask questions but he was very annoyed with my questions and had no interest in helping me. I left and took my business elsewhere
