The Costco Tire Center provides tire sales, repair, and installation services. Experiences can vary, with some customers reporting a process that lacks communication, such as appointments being delayed without notification or errors during service that require rework, leading to waits of over two hours. However, many reviews highlight highly positive aspects. Staff are frequently described as going over and above, showing a smiling, friendly, genuinely caring, and understanding attitude, especially in a crisis or for walk-ins. They are noted for being super helpful, professional, prompt, honest, and fair, often completing repairs in a matter of hours or within 30 minutes. Prices for tires are often reported as being much cheaper than competitors, with customers feeling they get the best value. While the experience can sometimes be a process, the overall sentiment from many is gratitude for fantastic service, with customers leaving happy and confident.
